psquared GmbH ("we", "us", "our"), located in Linz, Austria, operates the AgentHub service (the "Service").   • Chat data: Conversations between your website visitors and your AgentHub chatbot.

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

  • Providing and maintaining the Service
  • Training your custom AI chatbot on your business content
  • Processing payments and managing your subscription
  • Sending service-related communications
  • Improving the Service and developing new features

5. Legal Basis for Processing

  • Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b)): Processing necessary to provide the Service you signed up for.

All data is processed and stored within the European Union. We use Supabase (EU region) as our primary database and hosting provider. Your data never leaves the EU unless you explicitly request otherwise.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

  • Service providers: Third-party companies that help us operate the Service (hosting, payment processing, analytics), bound by data processing agreements.
  • Legal requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights.

Your business data and chatbot training data are never used to train other customers' models or shared with third parties.
