Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AgentHub (the "Service"), operated by psquared GmbH ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Linz, Austria. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Service Description

AgentHub is an AI agent deployment platform that allows businesses to create custom chatbots trained on their website content. The Service includes:

  • Automated website content scraping and AI training
  • An embeddable chat widget for your website
  • Conversation management and analytics dashboard
  • Integration tools and API access (depending on your plan)

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights
  • Distribute harmful, offensive, or misleading content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages
  • Scrape or train the chatbot on content you do not own or have rights to use
  • Resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

  • Pay all fees associated with your chosen plan
  • Provide valid payment information
  • Authorize recurring monthly charges until cancellation

Prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice.

6. Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial on all plans. During the trial period:

  • No credit card is required to start
  • You have full access to your chosen plan's features
  • Your trial will automatically end after 14 days unless you subscribe

7. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied with the Service within the first 14 days of your paid subscription, contact us at hello@psquared.dev for a full refund — no questions asked.

Refunds after the 14-day period are not available. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and documentation, is owned by psquared GmbH and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your content (website data, chatbot configurations, conversation logs).

By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated responses

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance and will notify you in advance when possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control.

11. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time through your dashboard or by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
  • Your data will be deleted within 30 days (see our Privacy Policy)
  • Any outstanding fees remain due

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a notice on our website at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Linz, Austria.
